Difficult for a senior citizen to resolve a tatasky issue.
- Hard to navigate the automated system; no call back to resolve the issue.
- The 70-year-old mother makes frequent calls burdensome.
My mother who is 70 year old called the customer care after enough difficulty to navigate the automated CC number but no one turned up or called back to resolve her problem. For a aged person it is not easy to keep calling to get things done.
