Difficult for a senior citizen to resolve a tatasky issue.
My mother who is 70 year old called the customer care after enough difficulty to navigate the automated CC number but no one turned up or called back to resolve her problem. For a aged person it is not easy to keep calling to get things done.

Channel Drop issue.
Dear Sir, I am add one cricket cheannel Ch. No-476 and i need to Drop this channel from 28.06.2022, but still not drop cheannel.
I am already try from What's app, web site and mobile apps. But not deop channel. I am call customer care 29.06.2022 they are complain against this issue and return call me but still issue not solve. Channel any content not ahowing.
So, Why i pay daily balance for this channel. My monthly exp-171.
34 but now showing 191 per month. Please arrange to deop this channel and return my balance also.
